Welcome reception will take place at the LAL cafeteria on Tuesday 4 December 2018.
Social dinner will be organised downtown Paris (after your visit of the museum) at the Musée d’Orsay ( https://www.musee-orsay.fr/ ) on the evening of Thursday 6 December 2018:
* 6.00 p.m. : arrival of the guests at Musée d’Orsay (gate C). Tickets are distributed by the hostess.
* Individual cloakroom tickets for each participant and restitution of the cloakroom at the Restaurant level. Please note that luggage and suitcases are forbidden inside the Museum.
* Open access to the permanent and temporary collections. Open access to the library and to the gift shop.
* 8.30 p.m. – 11.30 p.m. : Dinner served in the Grande Salle à manger (entrance to the restaurant with the same ticket).
